We created the NannyPod Boutique service so families can easily find a consistent part time or full time nanny. After you subscribe and complete your online family consult, we create a custom job link that flows into the major job boards. When candidates apply, we send them to you via email. If you’re a busy family, then NannyPod Boutique could be a great option.

There are a few different fees involved when using NannyPod. Please see below, thank you. There are zero fees to childcare providers!

NannyPod Family Consult Fees (FREE!)

All Family Consults are 100% free. Please complete your Family Consult after you choose a subscription to identify your exact childcare needs, thank you.

NannyPod Boutique Background Check Fees (optional)

Background checks have very low fees. Click here to attain your background check.

We strongly recommend all childcare providers and parents attain a background check to show their commitment to safety. Thank you.

NannyPod Boutique Social Media & Job Board Fees (optional)

To attain extra exposure, we can boost your custom job link to additional people in your area across social media and major job boards. Promoting your custom job link is entirely optional, but may help you get more candidates. Our goal is give you a greater reach to potential candidates within a 30 mile radius of your location.

Social Media Fees: The minimum is $100. If you would like to initiate boosting and promoting your custom job link across social media, please click here thank you. 

Job Board Fees: The minimum is $250 per job board. If you would like to initiate promoting your custom job link on a major job board, please click here thank you.

NannyPod Payroll Fees (optional)

After finding a nanny, you’ll need to find an easy method to pay them. To help you pay your part time or full time nanny accurately and legally, we strongly recommend that you use our preferred payroll company link below, thank you. This will help you navigate the infamous ‘nanny taxes’ and is more financially efficient for your family.
