FAQs - New NannyPod App Users - Coming 2018!

Please read these quick FAQs carefully & watch the videos, thank you! 

*Sitters / Nannies / Night Nurses: Please download the app labeled NannyPod Provider, after you have read the below thank you.

**Families: Please download the app labeled just NannyPod after you have read the below thank you.


  • The New App only works on Apple (iPhone 5 or later) at present, others will be added soon. Please ensure your operating system is up to date, and you have spare memory, thank you.
  • The New App is completely separate from the previous MindBody platform.
  • The New App does not integrate with the previous MindBody platform & app especially with respect to Perkville Reward Points or deduction of hours from any packages of hours you bought in advance/monthly on the MindBody platform.
  • The New App does not take account of any appointments made/confirmed on the previous MindBody app/platform, so take care not to duplicate your requests/confirm overlapping appointment requests.
  • The New App is only Pay As You Go for BabySitters, Night Nurses & Family Consults. No Matched Nannies can be scheduled on it.
  • You will need an Invitation Code to access the New App, so please Register As A Family / Apply As A Sitter first if you are a new Family/Sitter, thank you.
  • Existing approved Families/Sitters can get an Invitation Code by emailing us at info@nannypod.com or texting us on 843 819 3840 .
  • In the New App you will see Families submit requests, Sitters respond with offers, then Families view the offers and confirm the one they want.
  • If you are a Sitter/Nanny/Night Nurse, there is no need to set your availability or unavailability on the New App!
  • If you are a Sitter/Nanny/Night Nurse, you can now Clock In and Clock Out on the New App by "Completing the Appointment" in real time! 
  • If you are a Sitter/Nanny/Night Nurse, your new higher pay is shown on the App, then deposited almost immediately after completing the appointment so there is no need to check it weekly online.   • Make sure you scroll down fully when setting up your profile in the New App. In the Notes to Future Clients section enter your Profile Information like this:

About Me: 

  • If you are a Sitter/Nanny/Night Nurse, feel free to use the previous MindBody platform and MindBody App to review client family information. 
  • If you are a Matched Nanny, working for a matched family, then you still need to use the previous MindBody Platform as well. See below.
  • If you are a Sitter/Nanny/Night Nurse, you will STILL receive requests on the previous MindBody platform, so be sure to keep Availability Accurate online, Confirm Appointments online, Clock In/Clock Out online as you have done previously, thank you. 
  • Only Registered Nurses (RNs) can be Night Nurses, thank you.
